Please note that any Titled Homeowner, is welcome to attend the Oaks Board of Directors meetings. If a Homeowner wishes to be heard by the Board, outside of asking general association questions during an open forum, a request MUST BE received in writing, at least 5 business days before the meeting date.

No owner will be heard in executive session, if they have not (1) remitted the request in writing at least 5 days before the meeting, and
(2) received confirmation back that they will be placed on the agenda.
OAKS OFFICE GENERAL INFORMATION:
Though the office is currently only open to Homeowners, with pre-scheduled appointments, we would note the following: The office may not have personnel physically present, on certain days, or at certain times, as first & foremost our primary duty is to the day to day business of the HOA. This means we could be onsite (meeting with vendors or conducting walks) or we could be working remotely.
Due to this E-Mail to the propertymanager@theoaks-streamwood.com remains the preferred method to communicate with the Oaks Office.
Garbage Removal Reminders
All garbage must be placed in sealed containers so that it cannot be windblown and set out for trash pickup on the day assigned by Village of Streamwood (currently Monday). Garbage/recycling containers may not be placed for collection before 5 p.m. on the night before collections and empty containers must be returned to the fenced-in backyard area no later than 9 p.m. on day of collection. Failure to follow these rules may result in violation fines.
