Starting January 1st, 2022 the Oaks Improvement Association will be under new management. Please see below for the different ways you can pay your assessment.
Via Coupon Books
Coupon books for the association have been sent out. If you do did not receive your coupon book please let us know by emailing us at propertymanager@theoaks-streamwood.com.
To pay via coupon just mail or drop off your coupon and check in an envelope to the association’s clubhouse at 3000 Club Tree Drive, Streamwood, IL 60107.
Via Check
To pay via check all you need to do is mail or drop off your check in an envelope to the association’s clubhouse at 3000 Club Tree Drive, Streamwood, IL 60107. Note: Make you that your unit address is somewhere on the check.
