Calling New Management

We want to address a couple of comments that have been made about not being able to reach new management.

C. I tried calling new management and got the message this number is not in service.
R. New Management is not handling phone calls from homeowners until Jan 1. They have their system to set up not to receive calls from homeowners until then. This is why some of you have received the message “This number is currently not in service” It is their system rejecting the call. Please note this feature will be turned off as of Dec 29.

C. I have called new management and they said they were not able to help me yet.
R. New Management may not be able to answer questions, yet. The association did not make the decision on new management until the November Board meeting and then started the process with Viking Management. A process that typically would take 90 days we have asked new management to pull off in less than 30. With that said they may not be able to answer many questions until they get records from prior management that the timetable is unknown at this point.
