Yes, coupon books are coming!
When: Due to the association going with new management, on January 1st, we were unable to order the 2022 Assessment Payment Coupon Booklets, until mid-December. If you have not already gotten yours, in the mail, they should be arriving soon. Booklets were mailed out by the supplier on December 22, 2022, via USPS.
How will they come: Coupon books will be coming via the US Postal system. Your envelope should come with your coupon book, twelve (12) envelopes, and twelve (12) address labels.
What if I do not get my Coupon book by Jan 1? Whether you have your coupon or not your assessment payment of $230.00 can be dropped off at the clubhouse mailbox. Just make sure to note the unit address you are paying for on the check.
I was on ACH what should I do: If you were on ACH with prior management you will have to go into their system (web portal) to cancel ACH. Viking Management Services will be offering ACH, but during January we will need to work with the Oaks’ new bank to verify each account. Once that is complete Viking will be posting directions on how to set up ACH. In addition, there will be two in-person training sessions, COVID restrictions permitting, on how to set up ACH and other items through their online portal and app.
