Board of Directors Meeting to be held on February 28, 2022, in the Oaks Clubhouse {3000 Club Tree Drive, Streamwood IL 60107} at 7:00 pm. Doors will open to Homeowners at 6:50 pm.
Please note all of the following:
- Only the Titled Owner of an Oaks unit, can attend a Board Meeting.
- Owners will need to sign in & have ownership verified.
- All owners must wear a face mask, and sign a Covid Waiver, when signing in for the meeting.
- There is NO recording permitted.
The Management Team has arranged for a Streamwood Police officer to be present, at the beginning of the meeting, to discuss recent activity, within our community. The Oaks does ask our members to please be respectful and understanding that there may be certain information they cannot disclose or provide.
There will be a Homeowner Forum, which will follow Roberts Rules of Order. Additional information will be available, the night of the meeting. The Homeowner Forum is not a Q&A time, rather it is a time when homeowners can make general comments regarding the HOA.
We do encourage our homeowners to attend meetings, so you can hear what is going on, and understand the roles of the Board, Management and Personnel.
